This home is just a short drive from Downtown Phoenix (10-15 minutes), Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (15-20 minutes), Grand Canyon University (10 minutes), Scottsdale (15 minutes), and State Farm Stadium & Westgate Entertainment District (20 minutes). Local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and nightlife are minutes away in Uptown. Getting around is easy with quick freeway access and parking on site, and rideshare services like Uber & Lyft are readily available.
Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends, and end at 8am. There is a $500.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it, plus the additional cost of an ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Device tampering, including unplugging or disabling Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices, will result in a $100 fee and may lead to termination of the reservation without refund. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $60.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. Turn off all lights when not in use and be mindful of all utility use to help save energy. Valet garbage pick up is available daily outside your unit between 6 - 7pm. There is an additional $10 per guest after 4 guests. A $100 charge will apply if any board games or remotes are missing.
