Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights, 11pm on weekends, and end at 8am. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; there is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. A $500 fine will be applied if you violate the strict no-smoking policy indoors or in the community, plus the additional cost of an ozone machine to remove the smell. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Device tampering, including unplugging or disabling Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, or security devices, will result in a $100 fee and may lead to reservation termination without refund. A $60.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. There is a $100 charge to replace any missing games or remotes.
