We require a FaceTime interview during which time we will show the unit. Interested renters complete the paid screening (credit / background/rental history) and in-person showing can be scheduled (dependent) We will continue to accept applications until a lease is signed and deposit received. Qualification Criteria (applied equally to all applicants): - Move-in date and length of stay must match the availability posted. - Verifiable income of at least 2.75 x the monthly rent - Government-issued photo ID. - No evictions or landlord/tenant judgments in the past 5 years. - Completed application and paid background / credit check (non-refundable). - Ability to provide recent pay stubs OR contract letter for employment/assignment. - Agree to house rules and property condition terms.
