Hello, I have an unfurnished room that I'm renting out to someone looking for a quiet spot to stay in the Sacramento area. I am looking for someone who is mature, responsible, quiet, respectful, and willing to treat my house as if it was their own. There is (1) unfurnished room now available for July move-in. Recently remodeled interior with shared spaces that include a Living Room, Dining Room, Study, Full Kitchen, and an exterior patio and yard space. A single male is preferred but all applications will be reviewed. Utilities (water, gas, sewer, pest control, electricity, internet, garbage) are included in rent price. A maid service cleans the common spaces on a quarterly basis but tenants are expected to clean up after themselves. - Washer and dryer shared with all roommates - Private bathroom - (2) other shared bathrooms also available - Central A/C and heating - 15 minute drive to Downtown Sacramento, CA - Just blocks away from a bike path and nice parks - Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors Security deposit of $750 (refunded at move-out) as well as 1st month's rent due on move-in day. Additional notes below: Street parking or driveway available for tenants (1) person per room No more than 2 nights for guests No cats or dogs No parties No smoking inside 21 plus Need to pick up after yourself when using any shared spaces Please send me a summary about yourself as well as some details on income/occupation, why you are moving, and previous roommate experience.
