A converted garage studio in an established desirable area close to I-80 and I-780 highways, grocery shopping, and services. 30 mins drive to Napa and a 1-hour ferry service to San Francisco. The studio has a bathroom (shower), kitchen (apartment-size fridge, gas stove), climate control, tankless water heater, roomy closet and a spacious private paved patio enclosed on three sides. The studio is fully furnished with a full-size bed, counter-top dining/working table, chairs, some shelving and storage, and some patio furniture. Street parking on a quiet street; the studio shares side yard with the main house. No laundry. I am looking for an employed (self-employed) person with unobtrusive presence and impeccable tenant credentials, someone with whom I would be comfortable sharing common yard space (access to the unit is through a shared side yard). A pet is negotiable. Stays up to three months are preferred. Extending to a longer stay is contingent on compatibility. The rent includes all utilities and fast wifi. (cable service not included, but the unit has a Roku TV). No smoking and absolutely no drugs. One person is preferred because the space is small. For two people, I'll request $100 addition to the rent. The studio is available from July 23. If interested, please tell about yourself and what you are looking for in a home.
