Lease terms

- One-year lease minimum starting July 1, 2026 (earlier date not possible). Strong preference for a longer lease (2 or 3 years) - No smoking or vaping of any kind - Pets are welcome, subject to owner approval. Pet rent of $50/month plus a refundable $500 pet security deposit at lease signing. No fees apply to documented service or assistance animals. - Tenant responsible for promptly reporting any maintenance issues. Owner will remain responsible for major repairs and systems maintenance. - Landscaping services included - All utility costs to be covered by tenant.
