Please be aware that some amenities, including the pool and gym, may be closed without notice. This is a residential building with full-time residents, so please be respectful of their space and follow all property rules. No parties are allowed; any violation will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $500 fine, with police involvement. Smoking is prohibited inside or anywhere on the property, with a $500 fee for violations. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10:00 AM. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. No pets are allowed; evidence of pets will result in a $150.00 fine. No more than 4 people are allowed to stay in the unit. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors when not home and turn off all lights when not in use. Garbage should not be left inside the unit upon check-out; trash pick-up service is available between 6-8 PM Sunday-Thursday, or use the garbage chutes on each floor. A $100 charge will apply if either the fob or parking pass is not returned. Guests may not unplug, disable, remove, or tamper with any property devices, including Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices; unauthorized tampering will result in a $100 fee and may lead to termination of the reservation without refund. A quick background check is required for the primary guest. In the rare event of a failed background check, a full refund will be provided if you cancel after the result. Guests who choose not to complete the background check will not receive check-in instructions and no refund will be issued.
