Tenant must be quiet, employed in a full time job, invested in a sense of neatness and respect for property, No drug use, no pets, no alcohol abuse, no smoking inside house. Tenant must also provide three letters of reference, be prepared for a thorough background and credit check, and a 450 dollar deposit in addition to first and last months rent upfront. No overnight guests. Space is $850 per month. Washer and dryer in basement, huge yard, cozy front porch, AC, utilities included, on street parking, three minutes from downtown, the greenway and the blue ridge parkway and Mill Mountain. It is very quiet here and filled with a sense of Southern charm.

No "roommates" but I do have three male tenants also on the property. They have all been here for over two years and are exceptional tenants. Quiet, respectful and kind.
