Reference from previous landlord and employer Credit History - Must prove history of on-time rental payments Please provide the following as part of your application: - Copy of a valid Government Issued Photo ID - Two most recent pay stubs from current employer OR Tax returns for the last two years if self employed and pay stubs cannot be provided (will be uploaded as part of application) - Recent Bank Statement. Statements must show sufficient funds for First Month, Last Month, and Security Deposit. Pets: - Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis, with no more than two pets permitted per unit. - A $35 monthly pet fee is required for the first animal and a $30 monthly pet fee for the second. - All animals must be housebroken. Tenants will be liable for any damage or pet odor. - The pet policy does not apply to support animals. Insurance: Tenants are required to obtain rental insurance policies providing at least $20,000 of personal property insurance and $100,000 liability insurance to protect tenant, tenant's personal property, and tenant's guests. Insurance must be maintained throughout the entire lease term and any renewal term. Tenants must provide proof of insurance and advise of any changes to it within 5 days. Your application will be reviewed in the order it is received. An application is not considered to be complete until all information requested is provided. Please allow for up to 2 business days for the landlord to approve your application. First month, last month & security deposit is required, prior to move in date. If your application is approved by the landlord a lease will be drafted and you will be required to submit a non-refundable deposit to secure the property (typically one month's rent). Preference will be given to applicants who have a move-in date closest to the available date of the unit. Proceeding with submission of an application notes applicant authorizes landlord to obtain any information deemed necessary to evaluate this application.
