Thank you for considering our space. We are looking for a 12 month lease. First month and security is required to move in. Renter will need to have a background check through RentSpree. The cost of that is $50+- Landlords will pay for internet but the other utilities will be the renters responsibility. The unit has a smart thermostat and a boiler in the basement, So the unit has radiator heat. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Renter is responsible for maintaining the interior of the unit and respecting other peoples' property in the shared areas in the basement. Outside maintenance is covered by the HOA. This 1 bedroom unit is available for 1-2 persons and any occupants must be stated on the lease. Leasees may not sublet the apartment or conduct any short-term rental of the property. Renter will need to submit rental history, including landlord contact information, for the past 5 years.
