Room available in a 4 bedroom 2 bath brick ranch house in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. (Halprin Drive, Norfolk) Close to bases and downtown. Just a few minutes' drive or a short bike ride to East Beach! Current room mates are 1 male and 1 female, full time working, easy going good people to live with in mid 20s-30s. Looking for a full time working person that is laid back and respectful of others and with sharing common areas. No smoking in the house. No drug users and please no drama, no pets. Room is for single occupancy only. Private room with lockable door, private bathroom.
Lease is flexible with end dates, but prefer a year or longer.
House is furnished (except for bedroom). Has a washer and dryer, gas stove, microwave, utility room, storage shed, deck out back, gas grill, fenced in backyard. Driveway and street parking. Central Heat/AC. Hardwood floors throughout house, except for kitchen and bathrooms.
Room is available now and will be available as long as this add is posted.
