We are looking for responsible renters who will treat the property with care and respect. Rental Requirements & House Rules: Background check required for all adult applicants. Security deposit required before move-in. Proof of income and employment may be required. Renters insurance is preferred (or required, if you choose). No smoking or vaping inside the home. Maximum occupancy must comply with the lease agreement. No unauthorized occupants or subleasing. Tenant is responsible for keeping the home clean and in good condition. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is the tenant's responsibility. Routine yard maintenance (if applicable) and timely reporting of maintenance issues are expected. Pet Policy: One small-breed dog only. No large dogs or aggressive breeds. Pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply. Pets must be house-trained, and tenants are responsible for cleaning up after them and any damage they cause.
