Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with self-check-in via smart lock. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing. Unauthorized events or parties will incur an initial fee of $500. No smoking is permitted inside the house or within 6 feet of any doorway. Do not touch, adjust, or turn on/off any pool equipment. Guests are required to be the named reservation holder and occupy the rental. Booked guest count must be accurate, and exceeding the count may result in withheld access or reservation cancellation. Failure to vacate the property within 30 minutes of check-out time will result in a $50 fee. Any damages to the home or its belongings may result in charges up to the full amount of repair or replacement. Additional cleaning expenses beyond normal wear and tear are the renter's responsibility. No pets are allowed. Refunds requested by the traveler or cancellations initiated by the traveler may be subject to forfeiting the payment processing fee.
