Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, with self-check-in via smart lock. Guests are required to be accurate with their booked guest count, and any excess may result in withholding access or cancellation. The named reservation holder must be one of the occupants staying in the rental. Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning expenses beyond normal wear and tear. Failure to vacate the property within 30 minutes of the check-out time or turnover crew's arrival will incur a $50 fee. Pool equipment should not be touched or adjusted by guests.
