Walking distance to groceries, shopping, Planet Fitness & dine in/out restaurants. The canyon rim trail is right on our doorstep! Our home is close to many wonderful outdoor activities in Twin Falls. The 11.2 miles of the Canyon Rim Trail is outside our back door, where people walk, jog and cycle, and we are only 1.5 hours away from winter sports in Sun Valley. We are surrounded by State and National parks, which of note are Craters of the Moon (100 miles) or Yellowstone (300 miles) For those into relaxing, there are 2 hot springs 20 miles away ( Banbury or Miracle) as well as options for theatre, movies and picnics. The front door is keyless entry. The enclosed, private deck, has table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ. The Garage has 2 small workbenchs, and a few tools. Inside, we have an area an area to read and play games, which we have provided. The community pool is 3 houses away, and is open seasonally. There are chairs, umbrellas, shaded areas and changing rooms. The Perrine Bridge is a 12 min walk away, aside is the only man made structure where people can base jump from. You can also watch people land, by going to the Canyon floor, and walking from Centennial Waterfront Park. Other nearby locations are: - St Lukes Magic Valley Medical Centre - 1.7m - College of Soutern Idaho (CSI) and Centennial Observatory - 1.0m - Downtown - 3.3m
