Additional amenities include board games, an iron & ironing board, and a washer & dryer.
Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway and garage access is not permitted. A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets, with an additional $100 fee for bringing a pet without prior notification. No cats are allowed. Early arrivals and late check-outs are available for an additional fee, ranging from $100 for 1-2 hours to $200 for 2-3 hours, and are not guaranteed due to cleaning schedules.

The home is just several blocks from the beach and close to local parks, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and entertainment. The area is popular for biking, morning walks, and easy access to Jacksonville Beach favorites while still offering a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day. The neighborhood is known for its walkability, beach access, and close proximity to Mayo Clinic, local parks, and beach dining.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. Keep the storage closet closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Do not rearrange furniture. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction.
