Our beautiful home built in 1880 is available for rent.… This home boasts original crown modeling, natural wood cabinets, high ceilings, and lots of space. The kitchen offers ample countertop space with real wood cabinets reaching the ceiling. All of the appliances have been replaced within the last 3 years. Both the living room and formal dining room offer lots of space with ample natural light. Up the stairs, you'll find the master and guest suites. The master bedroom has a large, recently renovated bathroom with his and her storage, a walk-in shower, and a closet for storage. The guest suite offers a medium sized bedroom with an attached full bathroom (including a tub). The third bedroom is next to the guest suite with a small walk-in closet. The basement offers both finished and unfinished space with lots of storage with a washer and dryer included in the home. You'll find a massive walk-in closet off the laundry room with built-in shelves perfect for organizing. On top of the closet, the laundry room offers storage shelves floor to ceiling.
The backyard is fully fenced in, great for dogs and kiddos. The house is surrounded with massive trees providing lots of shade in the backyard and front yard. In the backyard, you'll find a sand pit with a functioning fire pit, plus a concrete patio with furniture and a grill.
