Ashtrays are available upon request. Candles are strictly prohibited. A cleaning charge of at least $100.00 will be applied if the apartment is damaged or left excessively dirty. Please clean the grill after use and replace its cover once cooled, or a $25 cleaning charge will be applied. All garbage must be disposed of in the designated cans on Surf Road before departure. Pets are not accepted, with the exception of service dogs trained to perform a specific task. Any unregistered guests may be asked to leave or pay additional charges. The maximum occupancy for a studio is 2 persons.
