Enjoy hotel service with the comforts of home, just steps from the beach, boardwalk, casinos, the Lucky Snake arcade, and the new indoor waterpark. This spacious 1,000 sqft 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is ideal for families, groups, or business trips, offering a comfortable stay with direct access to the beach and Boardwalk. It features a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load via app. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock and Ocean Casino literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is also right downstairs, offering arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, the Atlantic City Aquarium, and the Marine Mammal Stranding Center. Taxis and rideshare cars are plentiful and available around the clock for easy transportation. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are permitted without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), with restrictions on breeds. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A $150 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Includes complimentary coffee and access to a fitness center.
