This non-furnished, charming home in south Madison, is close to all the good stuff in East Nashville!… The house is in a quiet neighborhood with new families, newly paved roads for evening walks, and walking distance to a little mom and pop coffeeshop. We used to live in this house, and found it super convenient and fast to downtown as it is just at the end of Ellington Parkway.
You could use the house as three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and an office. The half acre yard is great in the summer for hammock hangs in the front yard and bbq's in the back. There is a shed for storage, as well as a large crawlspace with cement floors and 7ft ceilings for additional storage. Hardwood floors throughout and built in bookshelves.
The unfurnished house will be up for a one year lease term, with a non refundable $500 pet fee per animal (limit 2).
