The bedrooms, kitchen and living room all have new modern laminate floors and modern stainless steel lighting. There are 3 good sized bedrooms. The apartment has washer dryer hook ups and comes with brand new stainless electric range and refrigerator. Heat is provided by a modern natural gas fired hot water baseboard heating system. Annual gas bills for heat and hot water average around $1900 per annum depending on the winter. There is off street parking for ONE vehicle only. There is a lower lot where a 2nd vehicle could be parked. The exterior of the building has just undergone a significant renovation with all new windows and entry doors as well as new super cool lighting. Belvedere Realty is a full-time professional property management company with professional full-time maintenance staff. We aim to offer clean, high quality, safe housing and aim to find tenants who value living in a community where people simply want to live peacefully and without drama. We look for tenants who are clean, have a track record of living quietly and respectfully towards neighbors, of paying rent on time and taking care of their apartment. I recognize the Zillow application costs $35, but please remember it can be used for multiple applications with multiple landlords for 30 days and I think you'll find most quality landlords will want to know your credit score etc When you submit your Zillow application, please also request a Belvedere application. Please note: Once I am in receipt of your applications, we'll then be able to speak on the phone. If you have specific questions about the unit/location etc, please feel free to text those and I'll respond as best as I am able. Finally, the Belvedere application is free and implies no-commitment on your end. The application doesn't ask for detailed personal information and only takes a couple of minutes to complete. Best of all, it'll save you from the 20 questions I tend to ask when we speak on the phone. In spite of requesting applications first, I still receive many calls/emails every day for apartments. It is impossible to respond to all the queries like this.
