Lease terms

Lease Term: To be specified in the lease agreement. Application Fee A non-refundable application fee of $150 per adult applicant is required at the time of application. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete a rental application and may be subject to a credit check, background check, income verification, and rental history review. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the application is approved, denied, or withdrawn. Rent Due Date: Monthly rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Move-In Requirements: First month's rent and security deposit are due in full upon signing the lease agreement. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property, including but not limited to electricity, water, sewer, gas, trash, internet, and cable services. Lawn Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn and keeping the yard in good condition, including regular mowing, trimming, and general upkeep. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises. No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. Property Care: Tenant agrees to keep the property clean, sanitary, and well-maintained throughout the lease term.
