All utilities, including unlimited highspeed 5G internet, are included. Some minimal maintenance required to upkeep the pond and natural plunge pool. Landscaping is on automated irrigation. Property is not fenced. Access is via a private, single lane road that is extremely steep! Bumpy dirt road takes you from the highway to this house. Nevertheless, this property is accessible with just about any vehicle.
