My wife and I are renting out a private room on the second floor of our home, located right next to the shared bathroom.… The room measures approximately 13'x10' and includes a mini fridge and two additional nook areas, one on each side, each about 3'x5' perfect for a desk, reading corner, or extra storage. It also includes a closet rod for hanging clothes and a large window with blackout curtains for privacy and natural light.
You'll also be able to enjoy the backyard, where you're welcome to relax, grow your own plants, or make use of our raised flowerbeds.
This setup works great for remote workers, gamers, or anyone looking for a comfortable, low-maintenance spot.
