Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. We charge $50 fee for LOST key card or clubhouse key Pet fees apply per pet (no cats). High-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area. Living and room and both bedrooms feature smart TVs for all of your favorite shows and movies. The home also features use of the garage, AMPLE PARKING in front and provided neighborhood patrol. Trash is located on the right side of the beginning of the driveway where there's a mini gate. Please remove used bedding and leave in the laundry area. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
