Looking for an individual or couple wanting to rent a room with attached private bathroom as well as other shared living spaces - living room, eat-in kitchen, and laundry area. We're located NE of Liberty Park near the whale sculpture. Street parking available with a parking pass from the city (under $50/year last time I checked). We have a house full of LGBTQ+ people as well as some polyamorous peeps and would love to have more like-minded tenants in the room. $400 deposit. $900/month rent. No pets. We already currently have an elderly dog who lives here, though we don't know how much longer she'll be around her health is in decline. Available May 31 or June 1.
