Lease terms

Lease agreement required (will be provided before move-in), lease term is negotiable. Maximum of 5 occupants may reside on the premises. No pets allowed unless it is a service or support animal, official documentation from a licensed healthcare provider is required. Yard will be cut every 2 weeks & is free of charge to the tenant. Interior has been freshly painted & shall not be changed without Landlord's approval. No smoking inside home, $100 late rent fee. Tenant(s) shall keep the premises clean and sanitary and promptly report any damage or needed repairs to the Landlord. Landlord shall maintain the Premises in a habitable condition, including repairs to [e.g., plumbing, heating, etc.], unless damage is caused by Tenant(s)' negligence. Tenant should also maintain a reasonable noise level to respect neighbors.
