This room is available for one tenant, no smoking allowed. The other tenant does have a larger, very friendly dog, but no other pets are permitted at this apartment. If you are interested in this room, you must have experience with dogs and be willing to accept a level of responsibility for the dog in the owner's absence. The single bathroom is shared with the other tenant but contains a full bath with plenty of room for everyone's things.
