Lease terms

Lease is good for one year, renewal available with both party's consent. Tenant is responsible for paying for: Electricity, water, sewer, internet, and if applicable, gas, and trash. For routine maintenance, the Tenant shall promptly replace light bulbs, air filters, and batteries for smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors. The Tenant is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of appliances provided by the Landlord, such as the refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer, etc., if applicable. The Tenant shall be responsible for minor repairs, such as fixing clogged drains, clogged toilets, and repairing any damage caused by the Tenant or their guests. Tenant agrees to keep the Premises clean and in good condition. The Tenant agrees that no vehicles, boats, trailers, or any other equipment shall be parked, stored, or kept in the yard, lawn, or any part of the premises other than within the designated driveway. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. No use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or any other tobacco or lighted product of any kind as well as vaping or e-cigarettes in any interior portion of the premises. One dog is negotiable.
