We are having a rare move out of our PET FRIENDLY courtyard, unit 9, which we have updated from the golden age of Hollywood. Unit includes original oak flooring, AC, kitchen finished off with new fixtures, and backsplash, appliances, and an updated bathroom. Windows open up to the courtyard and to help during COVID times we have set up tables and chairs throughout the property to help bring the outside into the unit. Close to freeway, close to downtown, yet Silverlake can be a world apart, with its small cafes and coffee houses. Downside is street parking only but I very seldom have problems on this quiet street.
