Occupants will be responsible for all utilities which includes, gas, electricity, and water. Residents will need to run the irrigation timer which is in the garage so the grass gets adequate water to stay green. The lawn must be maintained and kept in a nice and groomed condition. We love dogs/cats and charge a pet fee. We do not allow smoking or drugs in our home. We want you to be friendly and kind to the neighbors who we have a good relationship with. The lease would be fora 1 year period. Tenant would need to care for our home in the same manner as they would as if they owned the home. We want our occupants to have a wonderful living experience in our home and such is very important to me as a Landlord. I am very responsible to work with and communicate with. If there are ever any problems with the home, I am quick to respond and easy to work with. Again, your quality of life in my home means a lot to me.
