RENT TERMS -- Month-to-month lease term -- Rent: $975 per month -- Deposit: $1,000 INCOME -- Total verifiable gross monthly income for all adults combined must be three times (3x) the monthly rent amount. BACKGROUND CHECK -- There must be no felony/violent crime/theft on criminal record, no history of eviction, or unpaid rental payments. -- Copy of driver's license or other government-issued identification is required prior to touring any properties. -- Other qualifications may be required before a lease is signed. APPLIANCES -- Rental includes any existing appliances except washer and dryer. Washer and dryer connections are inside the apartment, but the tenant is responsible for having their own washer and dryer. UTILITIES AND YARD MAINTENANCE -- Tenant is solely responsible for ALL utilities and backyard upkeep. NO PET POLICY -- Pets are not allowed at this property. PLEASE NOTE -- Landlord will never ask you to wire money or pay with gift cards. -- Landlord does not charge an application fee or accept a deposit prior to touring with a prospect. However, there is a fee to complete the credit/background check on Zillow. That is a non-refundable payment made to Zillow by the prospective tenant. -- Owner is a licensed real estate broker. -- Measurements of the house are approximate and not warranted.
