Lease Terms & Policies Tenant will have shared access to the first floor of the home, including the kitchen and living room area, as well as access to the washer and dryer. Laundry should be removed from the washer and dryer the same day it is washed or dried so the machines remain available for everyone in the household. Utilities, including water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi, are currently included in the monthly rent. If the cost of water, electricity or gas increases by more than 30%, the utility arrangement may be reevaluated at that time. No smoking is permitted in or on the property. Dedicated storage will be provided, including designated refrigerator and freezer space, kitchen cabinet space for pots and pans, a shelf in the pantry, and a small section of the garage for items such as a surfboard, beach chair or other personal belongings. Street parking is available. Tenant is expected to clean up after themselves and leave shared spaces clean and tidy after each use.
