30 days is the minimum duration rent period. House is available from Nov. 1, 2026 through Jan. 15, 2027. So a one-month, two month or 2.5 lease is possible. As required by the state of Texas, this is notice of the tenant selection criteria and the grounds for which the rental application may be denied. They include the applicant's: (1)criminal history; (2)previous rental history; (3) credit history (4) current income All utilities are paid including electricity, and high-speed wi-fi. There is no cable TV but a Smart TV on a rolling cart is available and includes a subscription to YouTube TV which has all major cable TV channels. A monthly cap on utilities will be outlined in the lease. Renter will incur cost on utilities if caps are exceeded. A strict NO SMOKING policy is in effect indoors and on all porches & balconies attached to the home. There are four security cameras providing views of OUTDOOR property ONLY. Tenant is required to put the trash to the curb weekly on Tuesday mornings. A maximum of two dogs. Pet rent is $100 per month for one dog and $50 per month for an additional dog.
