Im renting a small warehouse for $3000 a month or by bays for $750 a month. Rent includes electricity, access to water and internet.… There are 4 bays available. The space is best for dirty hobbies, auto repair, sandblasting, pottery, etc as the building does have leaks in some places when it it rains and is not rodent proof. Location is Lithonia on the 124 near the Dekalb /Gwinnett border. message me if interested or with any questions. I sign 6 months or a year lease. first and last month to move in and a $500 refundable deposit, that will be returned as long as the place is returned as you received when you leave. I'e no junk or materials left, excessive dirt, oils, paints, dust etc.
Each bay is measured 12 ft wide, 22 ft long and 20 ft high except for the 4th bay that has a loft over it and is about 10 ft high
Even though this place is on the main road its still zoned residential, so any business done there would have to be by appointment of you going out to them or you risk code enforcement shutting you down. There is lawn care company operating on the same street, but i believe they are allowed because they only go out to customers vs having an influx of customers coming in.
