Lessee is responsible for all utilities (water, electricity and trash) Home has septic system which means no putting grease, wipes, food, rags, paper towels or hygiene products of any kind down the toilets, sinks or tub. Throw all those types of items in the trash no matter what they might say. Those types of items can clog and/or damage a septic tank and clog the pipes. Mud, grit and any harsh cleaners should be cleaned outside by the spigot and NOT inside. Do not drive on any part of the lawn or grass; doing so can damage freshwater pipes and Septic system and/or drain field. Parking restricted to the driveway only or public road. You will need to take your "trash" to the New Kent County refuse center or hire your own company to pick up trash weekly. All trash must be a in sealed trash container. No accumulation of trash allowed. Trash Must be removed weekly from the premises. No burning allowed. Lessee is responsible for keeping the grass cut, weed eat, keep front ditch weed eat and clear of debris, trash and weeds at all times. Lessee is responsible for keeping our property clean and clear of debris and trash and vegetation overgrowth especially along the roadway. Do not let weeds or vegetation grow on the home. Keep bushes cut low. Renter's insurance is required. PROHIBITED Now swimming pools and no trampolines.
