The home is in a quiet neighborhood just south of University Avenue yet only a half block to campus.… IDEAL IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR, classrooms are closer to you than some of the dorms. Short walk to the Hill, yet quiet and safe neighborhood. Nice big yard and back patio w/ fire pit. There is actually 5 bedrooms. Updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops and built in dishwasher/microwave. Both bathrooms have been updated with ceramic tile and new bathtub surrounds for easy cleaning, hardwood and tile floors throughout. New energy efficient furnace and central air for efficient utilities, average is $55 - $75 year round per person per month depending how heavy you are with the AC or heat in the winter.
I also have three other properties with a very similar floor plan on the same street. Rent is $1,960 for two, three or four people. I have two units that are side by side that are virtually identical to this one that eight people could rent together.
