It has a private fenced Courtyard, private entrance and private off street parking. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, the open southwest style kitchen/living room features a large adobe fireplace. There is a full bathroom with washer and dryer in the unit. Cooking utensils, dinnerware, linens and towels are provided. A new split system provides air conditioning. If you have a mature dog, check they are usually acceptable. Sorry we do not take cats. Minimum rental is 1 month, right no wonly available for June 2026. The price include all utilities, and high speed Wi-Fi internet.
