Signature PGA West Community Rules: 1) The City of La Quinta & Signature PGA West has a quiet hour ordinance (10 pm 8 am). 2) No more than 2 vehicles per home unit may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12 am 7 am. 3) No trailer, camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than a standard-size pick-up truck), boat, or inoperable vehicle will be allowed in the community. We've installed a security camera outside, facing the front entrance (placed on the door), to ensure safety during your stay. Additionally, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances during quiet hours.
