Occupants exceeding five will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and no more than two guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Violators will be charged $300 per person. For your safety, outdoor cameras are on the front door driveway, back door, and inside the garage laundry area entrances. This is a strict no-pet policy property due to owner allergies. The minimum age requirement for primary renters is 25 years old. All guests must sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is no smoking of any kind on the property; the fine is $300. Please remove all trash and run the dishwasher before check out.
