Owner pays landscaping and Clark Regional Waste Water. No pets. $250 move in fee to be paid upon approval, no application fee. Tenant screening/pre-screening, will be done in the order below. If the prospective tenant does not qualify for the consecutive requirement the application/pre-screening will be denied/terminated: SCREENING CRITERIA APPROVED IN ORDER: *Prospective tenant must have a 700+credit score. If you choose to rent the unit we will need the printed copy with the name and score on the same page to verify. *Prospective tenant's income must be 3 times the amount of the base rent. If you choose to rent the unit we will use 3 months past pay stubs to verify. *If the prospective tenant cannot qualify based on credit score alone the prospective tenant may seek a co-signer, this co-signer is required to have a 700+ credit score as well as own property in Clark County. *Final decision will be decided with the above information AND all information from a completed application.
