Tenant is responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and gas, each individually metered to the unit. Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports are accepted. Screening criteria are applied consistently to all applicants in compliance with the Washington Law Against Discrimination.
