Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a second smaller closet, and a full master bath with a walk-in shower. Utility room is plenty large enough to accommodate any extra items you may want to store. There is also a large screened-in patio that comes off the front of the house. The house sits on a large, open yard that is fenced-in on 2 sides. There is a wooded area that serves as a buffer between the road and the house, making it a nice hidden gem that you can't see from the street! Tenant pays for electricity and maintains the lawn, the water is on a well (no water bill), and the sewer is on a septic tank. Internet is available in the area through Spectrum. Tenant must also pay for trash service (I believe it's $84 every 3 months, so $28/month). Some requirements: each adult will have to pay for and fill out an application which includes a background check, credit check, and eviction report ($40/person). In order to qualify, you cannot have any felonies on record, have a credit score of 600 or higher, no prior evictions, and income must be atleast 2.5x's the rent ($5,000/month). There is absolutely no smoking inside the residence. Up to 2 pets are welcome with a refundable $350 deposit per pet, but all dog breeds must be approved by our insurance company (certain breeds are not covered). If you fall in love with the place, we would consider offering it on a Rent-to-Own option.
