Recently renovated house for rent in quiet neighborhood. Close to Chesterton Highschool and Middle School, short distance to downtown as well.…
Ideally for a family with one or 2 kids, NO pets since it was just renovated.
Minutes from the Dune Park train station (to Chicago) and Indiana Dunes beaches, enjoy nature at the Coffee creek (for walking, hiking, jogging).
New flooring all over, both bathrooms fully renovated, main bathroom upstairs with beautiful decorative tiles in both flooring and walls, new bathtub.
House has 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 rooms downstairs which could optionally be bedrooms or office space, 2 family rooms with fireplaces downstairs (decorative, since we prefer for fireplaces not to be used to prevent a house fire) (an electric heater would fit well), aside from upstairs dining amd living room areas, 2 car garage and a medium size deck at the back, there is a shedd in the backyard (another shedd landlord using for storage).
Very nice and welcoming neighbors and neighborhood.
