Utilities, Wi-Fi, cable, water, heating and air conditioning, electricity, sewer, and trash. Residents also enjoy three daily meals in our restaurant-style dining room, weekly housekeeping with linen laundry services, scheduled transportation Monday through Friday, and a full social calendar with engaging activities offered every day. Shared on-site laundry is available for personal laundry needs as well. We are a pet-friendly community (with a $1,000 deposit), and offer resident parking at no additional cost, along with ample visitor parking around the building. Please note this is a non-smoking community; however, a designated outdoor smoking area is available. The lease term is month to month. A one-time, non-refundable $2,500 community fee is due at lease signing, along with the first month's rent.
