Yard maintenance around the house is also responsiblilty of tenant. You will not be responsible for cutting all the grass around the property, just what we consider around the house. We can also include grass cutting for an additional monthly fee is tenant would be interested.

About the building

Beautiful house with lots of character, Hardwood floors have been redone on main level. Almost all new windows.… Main level has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, main bedroom, full bathroom, and a bonus living room / Sunroom with laundry area. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms and the other full bathroom. The house is located right off main street in Linn, and has one of the largest yards in town. There is a shop located on the property, but it is not being rented with the property. We are not interested in renting to any college students at this time.
