Security Deposit is $500 refundable. Moving out cleaning fee is $200 non-refundable. (+$100 for pets) Included: All utilities (electric, water/trash, gas) Cox internet, landscaping, monthly cleaning, and pest control. Included: Fully furnished, stocked kitchen (plates, cups, bowls, utensils, cookware, etc), linens Landlord is responsible for paying for all utility services required on the premises: electric, gas, water/trash, and internet. The Tenant agrees and understands monthly landscaping service will control weeds and trim trees. Tenant is responsible for any other services requested by the Landlord's appointed landscaping service. The Tenant agrees and understands that a monthly cleaning service will conduct light cleaning inside the unit once per month. Tenant is responsible for any other services requested by the Landlord's appointed cleaning service. The Tenant understands that the Landlord will not count the security deposit toward the last month's rent or toward repair charges the Tenant
