This is a privately owned apartment (actually row houses converted to apartments) in a quiet and safe neighborhood in historic NewCastle. This area is about 10 minutes south of Wilmington, and 10 minutes east of Newark. The place is clean and comfortable and recently remodeled. The rent is only $1195/m and INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES including heat, hot water, gas, electric, washer, dryer, trash removal, snow removal, Satellite HD TV with all pay channels (HBO, cinemax, Showtime, Stars, etc). Also includes a TIVO unit with HD. Kitchen has gas cooking, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a very modern setup. (everything you need but kind of small kitchen, NOT DESIGNED FOR THE PERSON WHO LIKES TO DO A LOT OF COOKING). The entire building was remodeled just a few years ago with all new carpet, paint, and appliances. This unit is available now, but I can accommodate other dates. This is a one bedroom arrangement (including utilities and expenses) and is designed and priced for one person only. The utilities ARE included (about $300 worth) for one person, but will not be included for multiple occupants. This arrangement is designed with the busy adult professional person in mind, in which I have provided everything in exchange for the rent and a high level of responsibility of someone that treats my property with respect while you rent it. This is a very good opportunity for one occupant including utilities but the place is not very large and only has one bedroom so two or more people may find it small. There is one set of stairs at the property. I am looking for a long term tenant for at least a year. I use a standard Delaware lease and do require an application and several references. I do not allow pets but may make an exception for a small well cared for pet (hamster, rabbit, etc). I request the rent in full on the first of the month and one month rent as security deposit. I AM LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM RENTAL OR AT LEAST ONE YEAR but would prefer several years. This is a special arrangement for the right person. It includes many extras, but has limited space.
