The neighborhood is serene and convenient, offering a balance of suburban comfort and easy access to urban amenities, surrounded by scenic parks like Patapsco Valley State Park and Rockburn Branch Park. Major highways like I-95 and Route 100 are easily accessible, and shopping centers, grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are within a short drive. Quiet hours start at 9:00pm. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors, you will be notified immediately. Any second noise complaint after a reminder will result in reservation termination and guests vacating the property. This is a smoke-free, vaping, and drug-free environment. Smoking/vaping/drugs detected within the home or on the property will result in immediate reservation termination and guests vacating the premises. No parties or events are allowed. Local residents require pre-approval to book to prevent parties. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation, and any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to immediate termination and a $100 penalty per unauthorized guest per night. Commercial use or special occasions require pre-approval. The booking guest is required to e-sign a renter agreement and complete a guest verification process. Late check-out incurs a $25/hour fee, and guests remaining after 1pm will be charged for an extra night unless an approved late check-out is arranged. Fines of up to $500 may be charged for leaving the home in a condition requiring deep cleaning, excessive laundry, or violating house rules. Damages to the property will be charged at repair or replacement costs. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
