Rent is $5,400/month for lease term of 1 - 3 months and $4,400/month for multi-month lease of 4 - 12 months. Renter responsible for basic utilities (water and electric). Rent includes internet access, security system (ADT), pest control, yard maintenance, and 1/2 cord of wood for fireplaces. Maximum of two dogs (under 50 lb) allowed and house does have doggie door to fenced yard. $250 non-refundable pet fee. No indoor smoking allowed. No homeowners or home association dues.
