Great location and beautiful views with your HORSES in your front yard!!… This completely renovated and updated 1930's farm house located on Loop 567 sits on a 4th generation family farm. The home has been listed on Airbnb for short term rentals and we are looking for a long term renter that would appreciate the furniture, decor and completely stocked kitchen. We prefer to not remove the furniture - but negotiable. All utilities are included (with limitations). There is plenty of room for turning around with a trailer and for parking one. The front turnout is approx 2 acres with native grass for 1 to 2 horses maximum. No arena but room for your personal portable round pen. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and large enclosed back porch. NO Fenced backyard - not a good property for a dog. Absolutely NO CATS.
We are looking for the right person who would appreciate this family legacy home with the electric fireplace, beautiful real hard wood floors and respect the quality of care required to maintain its character and beauty.
The prefect tenant would love the vintage restored appearance and respectfully maintain a tidy and clean home at all times. References will be required.
